Commercial use requires a license

If you use CalacaCMS for commercial purposes — including client work, business websites, or internal systems that support revenue operations — you need a valid commercial license for each covered production site (or as defined in your order). Buy standard packs online, or talk to us for enterprise procurement.

Made in Europe · EU-friendly payments

CalacaCMS is built and operated from Europe. Commercial checkout runs on Mollie — a payment service provider based in the Netherlands, regulated in the EU. You get familiar payment methods and a clear receipt after purchase.

What we mean by “production”

Production is a publicly reachable deployment on a real domain (for example example.com) that serves your end users or customers. Staging coverage varies by plan — check your order or ask us if you are unsure.

Agencies and freelancers

Building or operating a site for a paying client is commercial work. Typically each client production site needs its own license unless your order explicitly includes a multi-site or agency arrangement. Confirm coverage before you go live.

After you pay

You receive a license key and invoice from our payment flow. For questions about a purchase or a custom enterprise agreement, use the license application form and we will follow up by email.
